Per Customer upgrade we do have concrete brick ledge around the home, which raises brick off of the ground.

All of our exterior footings are a minimum of 12" wide by 24" to 36" deep (depending on soil conditions and structure design). Our slabs are 5" thick with 3/8" steel reinforcement placed 12" O.C., 3500 psi concrete. Per customer upgrade we include a 24" sidewalk around the entire perimeter of the slab of many of our homes, except for smaller homes which have standard 12" wide by 24" deep with 4" slabs 3000 psi concrete.
